Our main interest is in you, but you might want to know a little bit about us…
As a practice we put major emphasis on you, our client. Meeting your needs in an effective way, in a timely manner, at a sensible price and to your satisfaction is what matters most. Add that to our proven abilities and you have a formidable partner on your side.
We’ll even work in the way that suits you. We can visit you at home, at your office or in hospital. We can meet face-to-face, or stay in contact by phone, by email, mobile or text message.
Our extensive knowledge, skills and experience come from our qualified solicitors, trained paralegals, legal executives and experienced support staff. Our solicitors handle your work with support from others, creating a team to look after your individual needs. When you work with us your solicitor will be “your” solicitor, you’re not passed around. Of course, even our solicitors are allowed an occasional holiday and now and again they may fall ill. When that happens they’ll hand your work to a carefully selected colleague. They’ll be fully up-to-date with the work in hand and will be introduced to you so you know what’s happening, why, and who you’ll be dealing with.
Work with us and you can expect high quality legal work carried out with you and your best interests as our point of focus, with no fuss, nonsense or surprises.

Lisa’s clients find her approachable and that her friendly but firm attitude is invaluable at assisting them through some of the most difficult times in their life.
Janet joined Allens in 2014 and is based at their new Botley office. Janet has worked in residential conveyancing for over 35 years and is based and is delighted to be back on home ground serving the people of Botley and the surrounding areas of Hedge End and Bishop’s Waltham although she does have a large following from long standing clients further afield!
What Janet says
“From the outset my main goal is to establish what my clients’ needs and expectations are. From there, I can work closely with my clients’ to ensure that these needs and expectations are met unless as they sometimes are outside my control. The stress often associated with moving home, or indeed buying your first home, is often caused by lack of communication and I consider keeping my clients’ updated throughout the conveyancing transaction to be of paramount importance. Conveyancing is either something you love or hate and I love it as every transaction is different and so are the clients.”
